City Assembly of Kragujevac SERBIA contracted BMB to start HPP Gruzza Project.

Even thew Tender Procedure for HPP Gruzza went OK (after third attempt), it was unclear whether the winner - Institute Mihajlo Pupin AUTOMATIKA Belgrade SERBIA will be able fulfill its obligation. Since it was more than obvious that the driving force between the entire undertaking was BMB, City Assembly agreed about an alternative solution to execute the project - in case IMPA fails (almost!).
