Grza HPP - General Spatial Plan by BMB and INFOPLAN Arandjelovac SERBIA.

I have been asked by the Grza - locality authorized municipality to assist INFOPLAN Arandjelovac (a spatial planners company) incorporate the designed small Hydro Power Plant Grza into the new General Spatial Plan of Grza Locality (Grza River Valley).

The HPP Grza has determined to be of the micro-type (up to 100kW of installed capacity), non-derivative, situated right below the existing lake / dam / waterfalls. Thus, I have managed to correct inadequate KATASTAR of small hydro power plants Serbia: for the Grza River Valley, it assumed a 4km piped derivation that would leave the river-by dwellers almost without the running water, and the pipe works would be unacceptable.

The location of HPP Grza served, later, as home of BMB's Research Work Station GRZA (Grza Lower Lake Waterfall), recognized by Serbian Government's Department of Science & Technology, as well as by the Agency for Spatial Planing Republic of Serbia, as the Entity of Special Significance for the Renewable Energy Systems development in Serbia.
