CONGRESS: CIECE - Congress of Investment, Environment and Culture in Europe.

Have participated as Regional Delegate in five-member Serbian delegation, beside Serbian Minister of Commerce and General Director of Institute "Mihajlo Pupin" (IMP) Belgrade and Yugoslav Minister of Science & Technology, among others. Congress have been organized by Taiwan Government in order to get a wide-scope knowledge of Europe. Among all-European-country representatives, I was charged to present technical achievements of central region of Serbia, and, particular, the reaches of Cement Production & Control / System Engineering (Popovac/IMP). Presentation has been reported at Congress Journal. Held in Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C.
